When does your town have their Board of Education election? The majority of school boards in New Jersey moved their school board elections to November. Every year, there are 2-3 seats up for election on your school board. Call them and ask who’s up for election or what vacancies are anticipated.
Ask the incumbents on your school board if they are up for re-election and if they are running again. There is a high likelihood that there will be openings and if you know someone in that town who should run, forward them this page!
